Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Today I had 2 pieces of sweet potatoes, 2 ts of fried black beans and tea with milk.
ReplyDeleteSkipping breakfast is not a good idea. Have something before leaving the house-cereal 100 whole grain, a banana or an apple.
