Food should not be blamed as the cause

This is the time of the year that many people celebrate excessively. It is also that time of the year that people blame food as the cause of their weight gain. Well, we are all responsible for our actions. We can take charge if we chose to by making some small changes. We don't have to wait until 2012 to make those changes. Today is a good day to start. All the best weight watchers.
