Diabetes Scare

I had taken other diseases that I had lightly until I was diagnosed with diabetes in April of last year. This scared me to death. I saw myself with one eye, one leg or other parts of my body missing. I knew there was something I could do to make some changes to my life. I made the U-Turn with eating habits, exercising, social network, meditation and sleep patterns. Can you deposit sleep?

I am learning the hard way that there are things in life that cannot be postponed. One of this important thing is sleep. In the last few days, I was sleeping late to catch up with some projects and this completely through me off balance. I have to get back to regular sleep and awake time. Sleep cannot be deposited in a bank and withdrawn in a few days. Try it sometime. http://weightlossandculture.com/?p=1152

Social Support

Human beings are social animals. We need support from each other. There maybe times when we feel we can do things alone, but, that can only be temporary. Social support is part of life, and healthy life. "And God said, it is not good for a man to be alone" (Genesis 2:18) http://weightlossandculture.com/?p=1146
