When is a good time for the gym?

I used to go to the gym at 4:00 am and go to work after that. Now I go to the gym at 8:00 pm and have lots of energy thereafter. I am not able to fall asleep until after 1:00 am. This has completely affected my sleep pattern and weight loss progress.

When is the best time to work out? People have different options. For those who work away from home, workout after regular job could be a preference. While those who work at home, morning or evening maybe a choice.  http://weightlossandculture.com/?p=1305
This is my book coming out this month. I have shared my struggles, disappointment, despair and depression because of being overweight. Will keep you posted.
