Food should not be blamed as the cause
This is the time of the year that many people celebrate excessively. It is also that time of the year that people blame food as the cause of their weight gain. Well, we are all responsible for our actions. We can take charge if we chose to by making some small changes. We don't have to wait until 2012 to make those changes. Today is a good day to start. All the best weight watchers.

Small Lifestyle Changes
I talked to a friend of mine today and discussed why I made changes to my lifestyle. I did not have to think about it. My first response was: I would like to live long and enjoy myself not dragging everyday with small chores in life. She smiled and said 'good for you' not sure if it was good for her too!

Being Accountable
We are all accountable to what we do with our time, life and jobs. If I use my time wisely, I will reap good thing at the end. If I take care of my body, I live long and enjoy life rather than dragging along. I hope each one of us will take time to reconsider the things that are important to us.
We are approaching Christmas with family gatherings, presents, gifts and food, it is important to watch what we eat so that the work we have done in the year almost ending does not go to waste.
