Do not ignore uncontrolled high blood pressure
High blood pressure runs in my family and being black did not help much. I learned to live with high blood pressure for a long time, until I realized that I don't have to label myself with something that is negative. Changing my lifestyle in eating habits, exercise and mostly losing the 68 pounds has tremendously made a difference in my life.
