The Heart of Compassion
As I grew older, I am realizing that I am not as compassionate as I used to be. Today during church service I asked God to exam my heart again and rekindle my love, kindness, meekness, patience which I suspect has been running out. I sometimes sympathize with drug addicts, but other times I believe that change comes from within. The addict has to be willing to make that change. Losing Whitney Houston at a young at of 48 is another wake up call what drugs can do our lives and people who love us.
