Simple Ways of Defeating Weight Loss

There are simple ways of defeating obstacles for weight loss. Avoid grazing, eat every 2-3 hours.  Do small exercises each time if you don't have enough time. Avoid junk food by carrying home cooked meal to work or to school. Choose healthy while dining out. Learn to say no.

  1. I have learned that 10 minutes of exercise goes a long way. Grazing is not part of my life anymore.
