Counting Calories

Weight loss is fun sometimes, but counting calories can be dreadful. However, with a little changes in food intake, counting calories can be fun.

  1. I am sharing my personal experience of weight loss. Some days it is a struggle, but I quick tell my mind that I have come this far, I cannot go back to how I used to eat. Our minds are very powerful tool to deal with. Discipline is necessary.

  2. I just talked to a friend of mine who had lost 30 pounds and gained 20 in the last one month. She sounded discouraged and down cast. My suggestion to her and whoever is reading this is: let yesterday be yesterday-have a new attitude and a new beginning today. Get back on track and keep going on.
